Part-time seasonal public works laborer

The City of Lowell is hiring a part-time seasonal workers to provide additional help and support
to the Public Works Department.
Duties may include:
Operate power equipment: mowers, trimmers, and power washers.
General landscaping: pull weeds, edging, fertilizing, blackberry removal and spreading
bark.
Cleaning and maintenance of City owned properties. Inspect and clean restrooms, and
garbage removal.
Qualifications /Skills:
Must be 18 years of age
Possess a valid driver license and pass DMV background check
Available to work Monday through Sunday 6am-8pm
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs
Ability to stand, bend or crouch for extended periods of time
Motivated, hardworking, safety driven team player.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
Salary: $15.00 an hour
