2018 General Election

Ballots were mailed to eligible voters starting October 17. After you have filled out your ballot, be sure it is physically received no later than 8:00 pm on November 6. Postmarks do not count. You can return your ballot through the mail, take it to your local elections office, or drop it in one of the many drop boxes throughout the state (including Lowell City Hall, 107 E 3rd Street). To track your ballot or to find your nearest drop box, visit www.oregonvotes.gov/myvote.

Blackberry Jam Festival

Mark your calendar for our free Blackberry Jam Festival. Come to Rolling Rock Park and enjoy great music, unique crafts, car and quilt shows, fishing derby, 5k, delicious food and more. The park is at 100 E North Shore Drive. Located in the heart of the Willamette Valley, the Lowell Blackberry Jam Festival is a great way to top off a summer weekend trip. Covered Bridge Regatta

Dexter Lake has been ranked as a top 10 venue in the country for the sport of rowing. In April, the community hosts one  of the largest regattas in the Pacific Northwest, bringing collegiate and master's teams from Florida to Washington. The event is  organized by the Oregon Association of Rowers.
